| M27 Distance sensor PSD analogWith a sampling rate of 136 kHz, this very fast laser sensor is most suitable for data logging of speedy processes and vibrations, e. g. on Crash tests our sensors endured temporary accelerations of 500 g free of damage.
Like nearly all our sensors, also the M27 works according to the principle of triangulation. The resolution from 0.0015 mm (0.059 mil.) is according to the range of highest accuracy. The measuring rate of 37 kHz (sampling rate 136 kHz) and the response time from 0.027 ms up to 0.400 ms is adjustable. The small light point diameter (0.1 mm) (0.0039 in.) enables the recording of smallest components. 9 types from measuring range 0.5 up to 200 mm (from 0.02 in. up to 0.0039 in.) are available. The sensor head is small, because of external evaluation electronics. Connection cable (2 m) (78.7 in.) and Blue Box (evaluation electronics) are included in delivery.
Preferred areas of application: • loudspeakers membrane • relay contact • closure process (door locks) • engines, shafts - excentricity and bearing • springs and damper
• crash test • record road profile • measure vibration on thin films
Whether checking rail fastening systems or measuring of vibration (up to 37 kHz) or controlling collectors at high rotation speed, due to RS232 interface the measured data are available at once. |
